What happened?
Dear Customer,
Unfortunately, due to recent changes in Thai law regarding the online sale and advertising of Snus and Nicotine pouches, we have been forced to temporarily close our website to the public.
These regulatory changes prohibit the marketing and direct online promotion of such products, even when they are legally imported or manufactured within Thailand.
As a result, displaying product information or facilitating online purchases is currently not permitted under the new interpretation of the law. While we are working to fully understand and comply with these evolving regulations, we must pause our website’s public access to avoid potential legal complications or penalties.
Despite this, our business operations remain unaffected. We continue to serve our customers through alternative channels, and we’re here to assist you with any questions or support you may need.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and continued support during this period of adjustment.
Kind regards,
The Siamsnus Team
