Refund and Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their Snus purchases. If you receive a product that is damaged or otherwise not good, we will exchange it for you.

Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.

We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged product.

Please note that we do not exchange opened tins of Snus if they are opened on the criteria that the customer did not like the taste. We are not responsible for subjective opinions regarding taste preferences.

Lost Shipment Policy

We understand that sometimes shipments get lost during transportation. If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our customer service team to discuss the matter.

If we determine that your shipment has indeed been lost, we will replace it free of charge.

Perishable Product Policy

Snus is a perishable product and should be stored in a refrigerator to maintain its quality. We take great care to ensure that our Snus is fresh when it is shipped to our customers.

However, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise from improper storage or handling of our products once they have been delivered to you.

We strongly recommend that you store your Snus in a refrigerator as soon as you receive it. This will help to maintain its quality and flavor.

Please be aware that Snus has a limited shelf life and should be consumed within a reasonable time after it has been opened.

Refund Policy

If you wish to receive a refund for your Snus purchase, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss the reason for your request.

We will work with you to determine the best course of action. Please note that we do not offer refunds for opened tins of Snus unless the product is damaged or defective.

In order to receive a refund, you must return the goods to us in their original condition.

Please contact us before returning any goods. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned goods reach us safely.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your Snus order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may be responsible for returning the goods to us in their original condition in order to receive a refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.
